Shipping Policy
At Nivelle, we are committed to providing excellent service, including the safe and timely delivery of your packages. We offer multiple shipping options with tracking numbers so you can monitor your order every step of the way.
Standard International Shipping

We also offer express shipping for faster delivery when needed.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days at our warehouse.

Delivery times for free standard shipping range between 8–17 business days.

Express shipping usually takes 6–15 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and your location. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. Due to international customs procedures, Nivelle is not responsible for delays or issues occurring after a package has left our warehouses.
If you experience difficulty tracking your order, please contact the carrier directly. Depending on the total value of your order, certain shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
If the selected color is not available in stock, we will send the same model according to existing availability.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
It is important to track your shipment, as some packages may require pickup from your local post office or carrier facility. If the product becomes available for pickup but is not collected within the carrier’s timeframe, the package may be returned, lost, or destroyed. In such cases, the order will be considered uncollected, and you may be charged for reshipping the product.
Important:
We provide your tracking code by email as soon as it becomes available.
If the package remained available with the carrier but was not collected, no refund will be issued.
